My theoretical orientation of counseling is Jungian, which is based on the premise that people are whole and striving toward individuation. I believe all individuals have the capacity for growth through thoughtful reflection and deliberate action, and that I am the fellow traveler along your journey. Counseling is an opportunity for you to work on your personal development in an atmosphere of encouragement and acceptance, and will be a collaborative relationship in which together we will identify appropriate goals and strategies to address your concerns. Â
Outside of work I spend my time checking out books from the public library, supporting the local live music scene, searching for the scariest scary movie, and being the best dog-lizard-tarantula-plant parent.
