Welcome! I commend you for taking this courageous step toward healing. As your counselor, my mission is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can openly explore your feelings and emotions. Together, we’ll navigate your journey, identifying and enhancing the strengths you already possess. I believe wholeheartedly in your capacity for change, and my goal is to instill hope and resilience as we work together.

Using an attachment-based approach, I help clients create or restore trusting, supportive relationships that address their challenges. I also incorporate EMDR to alleviate symptoms of dysregulation and boost life satisfaction. Ultimately, I aim to provide education, foster connection, and help empower clients to take charge of their lives and embrace a sense of joy.

While not working, I enjoy being outside, spending time with my husband, cooking, and getting an iced coffee to go shopping! I look forward to meeting you and hearing all about your hobbies and interests!
