As a therapist, I prioritize a genuine relationship with you as my client, filled with acceptance and empathy. I do not purport to know more about your needs or experiences or how to solve your concerns; rather it is my aim to collaborate with you to help you tap into your innate ability to self-reflect and problem solve. I operate from a multicultural client-centered lens with a desire to build a safe, trusting, and supportive space where you can feel free to direct your journey towards healing.

When away from Connect to Thrive, I am a professor at a local university where I teach Counseling principles to graduate students. In my down time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, shamelessly bingeing my favorite shows, or solving puzzles. But more often than not, you can find me cuddled up with a good book.
