As a person-centered therapist, my approach is rooted in creating a safe and empathetic space where you and/or your child can explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. This counseling process is centered on collaboration, trust, and respect, recognizing the unique qualities and strengths that each individual brings. In person-centered therapy, the focus is on you as the client.

I aim to understand your unique perspective, experiences, and emotions, providing a non-directive and supportive environment. Together, we will explore your goals, concerns, and challenges, fostering self-awareness and personal growth. The therapeutic relationship is crucial, and my role is to facilitate a journey where you feel heard, accepted, and empowered to make choices that align with your values.

My professional interests include EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Career Counseling. Outside of seeing clients, I enjoy reading historical fiction, hiking, thrifting, photography, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
