I maintain a client-centered focus that shares my own value for the uniqueness of each person. Inspired through my practice as a yoga student and certified instructor, I aim to view her clients through a holistic lens that considers the many facets of a person and environment when conceptualizing problems, setting goals, or considering diagnosis.

I am passionate about connecting with my clients by meeting them where they are and creating a non-judgmental space for self-expression and healing. My goal is to help people feel safe, seen, and accepted despite their situation. I aim to be a person of support, to provide new coping strategies, and to identify and remove current barriers that may be in the way of the change you hope to see.

In my spare time, you can find me leading a vinyasa flow yoga class, spending time outdoors in nature, or competing in deep sea fishing competitions with my dad (ask me about my two world records!). Channeling these positive experiences, I aim to inspire others to find their own therapeutic outlet and pursue the things the set their heart on fire.
