individual therapy

Individual therapy is about the individual, aka you! You are the leader in the room, and we as therapists follow your lead, providing education, support, insight, and tools along the way. We utilize various evidenced based, trauma-informed modalities in individual sessions.


Each unique treatment approach offers a calm, warm, supportive environment that allows each person to explore tough topics in a safe space. We see clients of all ages experiencing various life struggles, including childhood trauma, divorce, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, anger, and relationship problems.
